The Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center Presents ECHO - FREE TO THE PUBLIC!

LOS ANGELES BASED PERFORMANCE COMPANY TO MAKE EAST COAST PREMIERE OF "ECHO" AT THE CAMBRIDGE MULTICULTURAL ARTS CENTER AUGUST 1-4, 2015 Like the continuous vibrations of an ECHO, this performances uses the arts in all forms; dance, theater, and multimedia to tell the story about the TransAtlantic Slave Trade. ECHO explores the ramifications of that experience and how the resounding sound of forced displacement of tens of millions of African bodies still resides within us today. It pays homage to a traumatic/horrific past to bring hope and healing for the present and future. B. Dunn Movement, Dance and Theater Company, in collaboration with the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center, will be presenting ECHO, August 1-4, 2015. Trifecta Editions Announces “Hibernaculum” Exhibition by David Buckley Borden at the Innovation and Design Building in Boston - Exhibition extended through the end of July! Trifecta Editions is proud to partner with the Innovation and Design Building to host David Buckley Borden’s Hibernaculum exhibition during the month of June 2015. The installation features work created by Borden and collaborators during his 2014 Trifecta Editions Hibernaculum artist residency. The Hibernaculum installation celebrates collaborative art and design inspired by nature. This project continues Borden’s ongoing exploration of communicating environmental issues. Five distinct gallery spaces house unique explorations of nature’s relationship with art and design at the Innovation and Design Building (19 Drydock Ave.) on the Boston waterfront.
